Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our position

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 et seq.). This page exists because California law requires the link, and so we can document the opt-out mechanism for the analytics signal that runs on our marketing pages.

2. Opt out of analytics

The closest thing we operate to “sale or sharing” is privacy-respecting Vercel Analytics on our marketing pages. To opt out of all analytics:

• Click “Manage cookies” in the footer (when the cookie banner is live) and toggle analytics off.
• Or set no_track manually in your browser's developer console:

  localStorage.setItem('no_track', '1')

  Then refresh the page. Your opt-out persists on your device until you clear browser storage.
• Or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We honour GPC as a request to opt out.

Note: when you are signed in to Meridian and using the assessment workflow, your project content is processed by AI vendors as a service provider under your direction (CCPA s.1798.140(ag)). That is service delivery, not a sale or sharing for advertising.

3. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. Email hello@insights-2.com with proof of the agent's authority. We may need to verify your identity directly before acting.

4. Other CCPA rights

Beyond the right to opt out, California residents have rights to know, correct, and delete personal information. To exercise any of these, see our Privacy Policy section 9 (Your rights), or email the address above. We respond within 30 days and won't discriminate against you for asking.

5. Right to complain

If we don't resolve your concern, you can complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
